Charles Lupica, Associate

Charles is an associate in the Corporate/Business Entity Counseling practice group of Berger Harris. His practice includes advising clients in connection with the formation and governance of Delaware corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships, and rendering advice and legal opinions in connection with structured finance and commercial real estate transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Charles was a lead associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions group at Bracewell, where he represented domestic and foreign public and private companies in a diverse set of merger, acquisition and divestiture transactions. Before that, he represented Fortune 500 and privately held companies in oil and gas, alternative energy, private equity and hospitality industries through his work as a Global Corporate Associate at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy.  While studying at the New York University School of Law, he served as staff editor of the Annual Survey of American Law and was a Dean’s Scholarship recipient.  He is also the author of: Man Is Not Merely Homo Economicus: The Material Interest Standard After Oracle for Corporate Litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery Seminar under Chancellor William Allen at NYU School of Law.
