Catherine Rajwani provides special intellectual property counsel services in Delaware to Berger Harris clients. Catherine is an intellectual property lawyer and a registered patent attorney. She is a Principal Attorney at the Massachusetts-based Harbor Law Group, an intellectual property firm. She handles a full range of IP issues, including patent, trademark, and copyright disputes, portfolio evaluation and protection, and patent license transactions. She has participated in all phases of litigation, from pre-litigation counseling through trial and appeal, in federal courts across the country. Catherine has handled numerous trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. She also represents clients in federal and state court complex business litigation matters and is well versed in alternate dispute resolution proceedings.
Catherine graduated in the top 5% of her class at Baylor Law School and served as a law clerk to the Honorable David C. Godbey, United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas (2002-2003). She has a degree in chemical engineering from Columbia University and worked as a process and project engineer at a prominent chemical and gas company prior to entering law school. She was named a Texas Rising Star in 2006 through 2008 by the Texas Super Lawyers publication and a New England Rising Star in 2010 through 2013 in both the New England Super Lawyers publication and Boston magazine. Catherine was honored as a 40 under 40 recipient in 2010 by the Worcester Business Journal.
