Summer Associates and Lateral Associates

Our summer associate program, which gives law students real-world experience in our firm’s various practice areas, is our primary pathway for entry-level recruitment. We also zealously recruit talented lateral associates who share our vision and seek to hone their skills and accelerate their careers.

Our small size gives young attorneys significant opportunities to collaborate with partners and deliver on client needs. Entry-level and lateral associates alike benefit from our unique culture centered on training and mentorship.
