Christopher A. Zoida is an associate with the Corporate and Business Transactions practice group of Berger McDermott. Chris’s practice includes rendering advice and legal opinions in connection with the formation and use of Delaware entities, including corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, and trusts, for a broad range of commercial transactions and financings. Prior to joining the firm, Chris worked as a law clerk in the Finance practice group of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP’s New York office.

Chris graduated magna cum laude from Loyola Marymount University with a B.A. in political science, and earned a J.D. from New York University School of Law. While in law school, Chris served as a judicial intern for both the Honorable Anthony Trenga of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and the Honorable George J. Hazel of the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland.
